Overview
The Russell Mini Sifter is Russell Finex’s entry-level batch sieving machine: a small, portable vibratory sieve that removes oversize contamination from powders or liquids in low-volume and small-batch processing. It uses the same core check-screening principle as the production-scale Russell sieves, a side-mounted motor vibrates the mesh so undersize product passes through while oversize contamination stays on top.
The Mini Sifter is a distinct product rather than a small Compact Sieve. It is deliberately lightweight, low-energy, and movable, sized for laboratories, quality-control stations, and small-batch operations that do not need a full industrial check screener. It handles both wet and dry screening and suits grading as well as check screening of smaller batches.
