McFlusion
CIP, SIP & Process Cleaning Systems
Cleaning, Sanitization & Sterilization for Pharma Equipment
McFlusion specializes in complete process and equipment solutions for cleaning (CIP/COP), sanitization, and sterilization (SIP) in pharmaceutical, biopharma, vaccine, and medical device manufacturing. The company combines expertise in cGMP-regulated processes, cleaning and sterilization technologies, and regulatory/validation requirements. Operations span the USA (Twinsburg, OH), Canada (Ancaster, ON — manufacturing and warehouse), and Denmark (Roskilde).
All McFlusion CIP/SIP products share a modular hardware and software platform built on Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLC with 12″ PC-based touchscreen HMI, full TACCT parameter control (Time, Action, Concentration, Chemistry, Temperature), recipe editing, alarm handling, and cycle reporting. Wetted parts are AISI 316L stainless steel.
MHS Pharma represents McFlusion across the Northeast United States, supporting pharmaceutical manufacturers and CDMOs with cleaning system selection, process development, and validation support for both solid dose and sterile manufacturing environments.
Why McFlusion
Full TACCT Control
Every McFlusion system provides complete control over the five critical cleaning parameters — Time, Action, Concentration, Chemistry, and Temperature. Reproducible, validated cleaning cycles with full instrumentation: level, pressure, flow, temperature, and conductivity (low and high).
Cleaning Process Expertise
McFlusion provides upfront engineering including bench-scale product removal testing and full-scale cleaning tests using McFlusion equipment in customer facilities. 3D spray modelling ensures complete coverage of equipment geometries. CIP/SIP cycle development and validation support from system design through qualification.
Portable & Centralized Options
Flexible architecture from wheeled portable units for point-of-use cleaning to centralized fixed systems for facility-wide integration. Docking stations provide standardized connection infrastructure for small-to-mid process equipment.
Data Collection & Compliance
Process Builder Design (PBD) for recipe engineering, AutoTune for cycle optimization, and DCS-GMP data collection with 24/7 raw data, event tracking, graphical playback, and remote access. Full QA documentation and electronic batch records. F₀ set points on SIP units.
