Overview
The POLYGRAN® is Gerteis’ production-scale roller compactor built around simplified handling and cleverly engineered parts assembly. It delivers the same core dry-granulation know-how as the PACTOR® line in a more accessible package, with throughput from 500 g per trial up to 300 kg/h.
Where the PACTOR® series prioritizes maximum flexibility for difficult products, the POLYGRAN® is engineered for operations that value straightforward maintenance and fast changeover. The variable gap design adjusts during operation to control ribbon properties, and the perfect gap seal system minimizes powder bypass and cross-contamination.
