Overview
The MINI-POLYGRAN® is Gerteis’ smallest roller compactor, balancing performance with laboratory flexibility. It processes materials from as little as 10 g and scales to 50 kg/h. It belongs to Gerteis’ POLYGRAN® series — the same core press-roller alignment and dry-granulation know-how as the premium PACTOR® line, at a more accessible price point.
Maintenance is among the fastest in the industry thanks to the simplified POLYGRAN® parts assembly with a reduced component count. The patented roller design generates virtually no excess heat during compaction, and the large roll diameter delivers longer dwell times for more consistent ribbon density. A wheeled subframe allows convenient repositioning within the lab.
