Overview

Compacted blocks, caked powders, and oversized agglomerates coming out of dryers, reactors, and IBCs need to be broken down before downstream milling can begin. Frewitt offers a range of crushers and delumpers spanning from compact inline modules to heavy-duty production machines handling up to 20,000 kg/h.
The CC-2 is a compact crusher available as a standalone module (110 kg) or complete machine (280 kg). It handles input up to 150 mm at throughputs from 10 to 8,000 kg/h. The crushing zone covers the entire discharge surface, eliminating dead zones where material can accumulate. An integrated bridge-breaker is standard.
The CC-3 and CC-6 are convertible units that operate as crushers (3 to 15 cm input, output 1 to 2 cm) and then convert to oscillating sieve mills for fine calibration down to 250 microns. Intelligent auto-reverse detects rotor blockage and reverses before overload, keeping the line running without operator intervention. Two machines in one footprint.
For the largest inputs, the DW-250 lump breaker reduces 60 cm blocks to 250 microns in a single step at up to 11,000 kg/h. The PFC-1200 is the heavy-duty production crusher, accepting inputs up to 80 cm at 20,000 kg/h. The EasyMill DM-200 handles lumps up to 60 cm at 7,000 kg/h on the lighter EasyMill platform.

Full Discharge Coverage
The CC-2 and PFC-1200 crushing zones cover the entire discharge surface. No dead zones where material can accumulate or bypass the crushing action. Unique on the market.
Single-Step Lump Breaking
The DW-250 reduces 60 cm blocks to 250 microns in one pass. No intermediate crushing step, no separate downstream mill. One machine replaces two.
Convertible Crusher/Mill
The CC-3 and CC-6 operate as crushers (output 1 to 2 cm) then convert to oscillating sieve mills (output 250 microns) by swapping tooling. Two processes, one footprint.
Intelligent Auto-Reverse
The CC-3/CC-6 detects rotor blockage and automatically reverses before amperage overload. Continuous operation without shutdown or operator intervention.
Integrated Bridge-Breaker
Standard on the CC-2 and PFC-1200. Prevents material hang-up in the feed zone, ensuring consistent flow even with cohesive or sticky powders.
Module or Complete Machine
The CC-2 and PFC-1200 are available as compact inline modules for integration into existing lines, or as complete standalone machines with frame and controls.
