Overview
The CDM Portable Lift is a sanitary mobile lifting solution for flexible material handling across cleanroom environments. Each unit is built with a custom-engineered arm to match specific process needs, whether the application calls for handling bags, pallets, drums, or bins.
Because the lift is fully mobile, it can be repositioned between rooms or production lines without any installation work. It rolls on two non-marking swivel casters and two non-marking rigid wheels, with an integrated foot brake that holds it stable during operation.
Designed for cGMP cleanroom and pharmaceutical production environments.

Fully Mobile Deployment

Sanitary Lifting Column
The 304 stainless steel column has a brushed finish with fully enclosed motors and electrical for cleanroom service.
Ball-Screw Drive
A precision ball screw paired with a TEFC gearmotor and fail-safe brake delivers controlled motion, with a Safety Ball Nut Clutch for protection.
cGMP Slot Cover
A patent-pending magnetic Positive Seal Closure keeps the lifting slot sealed throughout the travel of the carriage.
Arm Options
A manual inversion arm with precision gearbox and crank, or a pneumatic articulating gripper arm, can be specified for inversion and clamped positioning.
