High-Performance Round Separator. Russell Finex
Overview
The Finex Ultima is Russell Finex’s high-performance round separator: a grading sieve that accurately separates powders and liquids into up to five particle-size fractions in a single pass using multiple stacked sieve decks. Where the Compact range performs single-deck check screening, the Ultima is built for particle sizing.
Its defining feature is a rubber suspension system, four rubber mounts in place of conventional springs, which transmits more vibratory force to the mesh at lower noise. The fully stainless steel, hygienic open-frame design suits food and pharmaceutical processing, and an adjustable motor weight system lets operators fine-tune material flow across the sieving area.
Four standard diameters from 30 in (750 mm) to 60 in (1,500 mm). Wet or dry screening.
