Overview
The Russell Compact 3in1 Sieve is an integrated bag dump sieve station: a low-level bag-tipping platform, a high-capacity Russell Compact Sieve, and a magnetic trap combined in one unit. It screens bagged powders and removes ferrous contamination in a single step before mixing or blending.
Operators tip 25 kg (50 lb) bags at an ergonomic height set to Health and Safety Executive manual-handling guidance. An integrated dust hood connects to the existing dust extraction system to give a dust-tight interface, so powder is captured at the hood rather than released into the room. The Compact Sieve removes oversize contamination such as paper, string, and lumps, while the magnetic trap beneath the mesh captures ferrous particles smaller than the mesh size.
The classic configuration: bag dump station above a sieve, discharging by gravity directly into the mixer or blender below.

Operator Protection

Straight Into the Blender
Sits above the mixer or blender so screened product discharges by gravity. Also adapts to screw or spiral elevators and vacuum conveying for transfer through a hygiene break, wall, or floor.
Ferrous Capture
Magnetic trap seated beneath the mesh catches ferrous particles smaller than the mesh size, with standard or rare-earth magnets available.
Quick Cleaning
Tool-free disassembly and easy-to-clean contact parts keep changeovers between bagged ingredients short.
Dust-Reduction Options
Optional post box transfers empty bags to a sealed container or bag compactor. Continuous oversize removal and side outlet fines discharge available.
