Part of the 3V Group, an Italian multinational founded in 1958, 3V Tech was formed by combining three specialist companies (process filtration/drying, glass-lined enamel, and thermal separation), bringing deep expertise in reaction, filtration, drying, and evaporation under one roof.
3V Tech manufactures in glass-lined steel, borosilicate glass, 316L stainless, Hastelloy C-22, and specialty alloys, with a catalog of 44 distinct products covering the full drug substance workflow from synthesis through isolation and drying. Manufacturing facilities are located in Italy (Bergamo, Dalmine, Noventa Di Piave, Assisi) and the USA (Andrews, SC).

Materials Matched to Chemistry
Material of construction is a process design decision driven by the chemistry: solvent compatibility, temperature range, corrosion profile, and cleaning requirements all dictate whether a vessel should be glass-lined steel, borosilicate glass, Hastelloy, or specialty alloy. 3V Tech manufactures across all of these, with the proprietary G2208 glass-lining family (Standard, SIGMA, PHI, and TRANSLUCENT variants) engineered for specific corrosion and process conditions.

From benchtop glass lab reactors through pilot-scale EASYCHEM systems to full-scale glass-lined reactors up to 6,300 L and horizontal dryers up to 22,000 L. Equipment can be supplied as standalone units or as part of modular turnkey plants.
