Clean-out-of-Place Cabinet Washers — McFlusion
Overview
McFlusion COP (Clean-Out-of-Place) parts washers are cabinet systems for cleaning disassembled parts, larger componentry, IBCs, hoppers, drums, and other process equipment. They are built for pharmaceutical solid oral dosage, chemical API, and OLC manufacturing, as well as medical device and life science applications. Multi-zone spray configurations deliver full TACCT cleaning performance across each load.
The range covers single and double door cabinets in three sizes, from a compact wheeled unit for smaller parts to a large cabinet for bigger equipment loads. Each cabinet uses configurable piping and rotary spray arms arranged around the chamber, with a perforated drainable floor and a sloped drain pan that runs to a single low point for single-pass-to-drain or recirculation.
Cabinets integrate fully with McFlusion CIP units and systems, and can be paired with a forced air drying module and portable custom racks. Racks are loadable from all four sides on antistatic wheels and use multi-zone spray with individual zone control.
All cabinets constructed in AISI 316 stainless steel. Cleaning racks in AISI 316L stainless steel.

Three Cabinet Sizes

Multi-Zone Spray
Configurable piping with ceiling and wall-mounted rotary spray arms creates multiple cleaning zones, matched to part geometry through 2D and 3D design and cleaning simulation.
Full TACCT Performance
Adjustable pressure, flow, temperature, and concentration deliver full TACCT cleaning, suited to difficult-to-clean products and hard-to-clean parts.
Drainable by Design
A perforated drainable floor and a sloped drain pan with a single low point support true single-pass-to-drain or recirculation.
Forced Air Drying
An optional drying module with a 24 kW heater and HEPA filtration to greater than 99.997% efficiency completes the wash and dry cycle on the cleaned parts.
Portable Custom Racks
AISI 316L racks load from all four sides on antistatic wheels, with multi-level multi-zone spray, individual zone control, and AutoTune per zone (patent pending).
