Overview

McFlusion combined CIP and SIP system

The Series C and S is McFlusion’s Life Sciences portable CIP/SIP range, designed for decentralized cleaning and sterilization within life science, biopharma, and vaccine manufacturing. The combined CIP/SIP units bring Clean-in-Place and Sterilize-in-Place together on one platform, so the same skid prepares, cleans, and sterilizes the connected equipment in a single controlled sequence.

The range spans the compact CS10-S for smaller applications, the mid-size CS25-S, and the large SS35-S. Each unit is built on a configurable hardware and software platform with full TACCT parameter control, monitoring, and reporting. Adjustable pressure, flow rate, temperature, and chemical concentration let one unit serve a wide mix of process equipment.

Sterilization is controlled to F0 set points with pass/fail criteria, and the units can dock to McFlusion CIP/SIP docking stations for quick connection to preparation vessels, fill vessels, and bioreactors. Life Sciences additions include Process Builder Design (PBD) for error-free software integration, AutoTune for automatic optimization of flow paths, and an optional Data Collection System (DCS) in TECH or GMP variants.

AISI 316L stainless steel wetted parts, AISI 304 stainless steel frame, Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLC, and full QA documentation.

Key Features

Combined CIP and SIP

Clean-in-Place and Sterilize-in-Place run from one platform, so a single skid cleans and then sterilizes the connected equipment in one controlled sequence.

F0 Sterilization Control

SIP cycles are controlled to F0 set points with pass/fail criteria, giving a documented sterilization result for each run.

Portable and Decentralized

Skid-mounted units on an AISI 304 stainless steel frame with wheels move to the point of use, serving multiple vessels and skids across a facility.

Process Builder Design and AutoTune

PBD provides error-free software integration, while AutoTune automatically optimizes flow paths for each connected piece of equipment.

Data Collection System

An optional DCS in TECH or GMP variants captures cycle data, with full recipe editor, alarm handling, and cycle reporting to PDF.

Docking Station Ready

Units connect to McFlusion CIP/SIP docking stations with single or multiple docking points for quick connection to vessels, fill stations, and bioreactors.

Applications

  • Aseptic fill lines with isolator technology
  • Bioreactors and ultrafiltration skids
  • Formulation and holding vessels
  • Homogenizers and filter stations
  • Freeze dryers and glove box isolators
  • Biopharma and vaccine manufacturing equipment
