Single-Use Powder Handling — ChargePoint Technology
Overview
ChargeBag is ChargePoint’s range of single-use flexible containers for the handling, storage, and transfer of bio-pharmaceutical and chemical powders. Every container is made from HiPure ULP7, a proprietary LLDPE film, in an ISO 6 cleanroom under an ISO 9001 quality management system. Containers are supplied non-sterile or gamma irradiated to a minimum of 25 kGy for aseptic applications.
The range scales from the standard PE-S funnel bag through the PE-SBV, which has a ChargePoint Single Use Passive valve welded directly to the bag for contained split butterfly valve transfer. The Quick-Fill (QF) 2D and 3D bags are built for high-throughput filling and controlled discharge, and the XL container handles large powder quantities up to 200 L. ChargeBag connects to PharmaSafe and AseptiSafe valves and pairs with ChargeBottle rigid containers across the transfer chain.
HiPure ULP7 film complies with FDA 21 CFR 177, USP Class VI, EP 3.1.3, EU 10/2011, and REACH, and is tested per USP <85>, <87>, <88>, and ISO 10993.

HiPure ULP7 Single-Use Film
Every container is made from a proprietary 250 micron LLDPE film, permanently antistatic and translucent, with HDPE product-contact connections.
ISO 6 Cleanroom Manufacture
Bags are produced in an ISO 6 cleanroom under an ISO 9001 quality management system, with 100% visual inspection and pressure testing.
Welded Single Use Passive
The PE-SBV model has a ChargePoint Single Use Passive valve welded directly to the bag for contained split butterfly valve transfer with high dust containment.
Quick-Fill Throughput
QF bags use a full-diameter top opening for fast filling and weight fine-tuning, with a protective skirt that reduces contamination during the fill.
3D Discharge Geometry
QF 3D and XL containers use a three-dimensional shape for improved powder discharge and flow control across larger volumes up to 200 L.
Gamma Sterilizable
Containers are available gamma irradiated to a minimum of 25 kGy for aseptic processing, with welded Tri-Clamp connections to the bag liner.
